2024 Empowered Voices Conference
National GC Network (NGCN) is holding its 2024 Empowered Voices conference on November 20, 2024 in Toronto. They are inviting our members who are general counsel, in-house senior legal executives, and senior in-house legal leaders who identify as Indigenous, Black, or People of Colour to participate in a uniquely inclusive learning and networking experience at a discounted rate.

“How to Network” Networking Event
The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee (“EDI Committee”) at Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University are excited to invite you to the upcoming “How to Network” Networking Event, hosted by the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee at Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.

This event is designed to foster meaningful conversations and connections between lawyers and law students from diverse equity-deserving groups. Join us for a casual evening of networking where you can share insights and experiences while supporting the next generation of legal professionals.
As part of our activities, we’ll be playing Human Bingo to encourage more dynamic interactions. In the registration form, please share your most memorable networking story—it’ll help kick off the fun! We’ll award a gift card to a grocery store to the student who completes the Bingo the fastest.
Light food and drinks will be provided, creating a relaxed atmosphere for everyone to practice their networking skills with peers who understand their unique journeys.
FACL Atlantic Asian Lawyer and Student Networking Event
Our FACL Atlantic Law Students Team in conjunction with DALSA has been hard at work planning this year’s networking event to introduce Asian law students to members of our profession. The opportunity to connect at previous events has been greatly appreciated by students and lawyers alike and we hope that you’ll join us again this year for wonderful food, drinks, allyship, and conversation. We are pleased to support another Asian business this year.
